Daniel S. Kramer, PLLC Attorney at Law

I attended Brooklyn College and graduated cum laude.  While in college, I attended a semester at SUNY Albany working as an intern with a member of the New York State Assembly.  This experience helped me gain first hand knowledge on how the law is designed to help people.  I am proud to have assisted in having three bills for legislation sponsored while I was an intern.  The proposed legislation was my response to lobbyists who visit the legislature to have their voices heard and their concerns addressed.  This was an invaluable experience.  It gave me a start in what it is like to defend the rights of people who need a voice on their side.  I chose to continue this path and attended Brooklyn Law School.

While I was enrolled at Brooklyn Law School, I took a licensing exam to represent injured workers in their claims for workers' compensation benefits.  I was one of 2 people who passed this examination out of approximately 60 people who took the exam.  WHile preparing for that examination, I learned the nuances of the New York State Workers' Compensation statute.  I began to handle cases and trials during the day while attending Brooklyn Law School at night.  When I graduated law school and became admitted to the New York Bar, I continued my career of defending the rights of the injured worker.  I was a partner in a boutique sized firm in Brooklyn for several years.  Since it was a small firm, it allowed me to always give the client the attention they deserved.  In 2005, I madea professional choice to go out on my own which allowed me to continue to treat every client with the courtesy, dignity and respect that each client deserves.

Graduated Brooklyn Law School in 1996.

Admitted to NY Bar is 1998.

I am a member of the Injured Workers' Bar Association.  This is an association that stands for a very simple  motto.  The interests of the injured worker come first.   We dedicate ourselves as counsel to protect the dignity and integrity of the injured worker.  I attend meetings and lectures to learn and become familiar with any recent changes in the law and how they affect a claim  of an injured worker.  Consequently, this continuing education allows my office to be in the best position to maximize the value of a claim.  My office strives to stay on the cutting edge to be of service to anyone injured in a work related accident.
